The state of the mince pie

Slowly but surely, back at school back into lunches and planned
eating, last week though I weighed 76kgs, 200g more than the week
before.

My exercises regime is planned for this term, Monday & Wednesday gym,
10 mins of stairs, a super circuit but instead of steps in between I
do a series of squats and lunges (thanks to Mbongeni Squat Lunge
Pants) and 15mins of running. It's a killer you should try it.
Tuesdays I run for the Son, I belong to 'die tee tuin dames span' we
are super fit because we talk and run, and walk and talk, between 4
and 8km. Thursdays I spin at stupid o'clock, for anything from 1,5 to
2 hours. Fridays I clean my house (dam straight that is exercise) and
swim & do a few laps of kick board. and Saturdays? That's race day
baby!

I find that is I plan a weekly schedule around my termly timetable
it's easier to keep my end of the bargain. If I approach it with an
"I'll do it when I do it" attitude it often does not happen. But if I
work exercise into my schedule the odds are more likely to be in my
favor.

Anywho back to my mince pies, what I am trying to say is that I am
totally (mostly) back on the straight and narrow, buuuuuut I feel
bloated this week and may be hormonally challenged right now.

To be safe I put them in the deepfreeze, heaven forbid those puppies
are stale by the time I am ready to smash three into my face with tea
